when we got to the top of the hill

A quickie post. Here's a little drawing I made at the beginning of the year for a local project. I wanted to show something of the Derbyshire landscape in the drawing, and had the idea of making the procession of children resemble a dry stone wall as it fades, over the hills, in the distance. Not sure if that was successful but I tried!

Thank you, so much guys.

Constantine, before I really really got back into drawing I only ever drew or doodled people and landscape. I dont know why I stopped. It's nice to see them coming back again, though.

Dinah, you must try and join our sketchcrawl group for a day! Please let me know the dates.

Eric, thanks. I'm so pleased you are enjoyng my little zines.

Cheers, guys x

Oh my gosh, that absolutely shows the movement and lay of the land. I would think drawing people getting smaller in the distance would be quite challenging!
