Yes France exactly right I do like to keep an ambiguity about their gender. Obviously with some charachters there is no doubt,for example if they have pigtails, but for many (especially my pixie charachters) I like to keep that mystery. I think WHEN I get my book published (!!) it doesn't have to be for either boys or girls, it can appeal to both.
