you own it now
I NEVER expected to post this. I was starting a drawing the other day and my hand was quite shaky. So I did a little 'warming up' exercise which turned into this drawing. I often feel the pressure to make my next drawing 'better' than the last. I know this is pressure that I put on myself. I also know that I love this drawing and that if I saw it on somebody else's blog I would be gushing about it. So I am going to post it. Now. Before I change my mind.

So glad you posted it, because it is AWESOME! You are a compositional goddess!
i do love it! it is amazing, like all of your drawings.
Andrea, this is awesome! I love your drawings because of the complex compositions. They are so well done, too. Every time I see one like this I keep marvelling at your patiendce. I doubt very much I could draw something as involved as this.
I love it, Andrea! I am gushing!
Incredible, Andrea! My guess is those square ones are used to clean out the nib slit. You run it between the nib tines from the breather hole to the tip of the nib. That is my guess.
Yes, I am gushing. I love the rhythm of this piece. Glad you posted it.
Ah, Brian is that what they are for? I did think it must have something to do with the cleaning process. Also they fit into the gaps in the drawing where I need something 'fat' as opposed to long and thin!
So lovely Andrea, great composition!
These sort of compositions would be great for wrapping paper or even fabric. wonderful
This would make a wonderful fabric design!
Hi Andrea! I just love your work, so I'm passing the "Creative Blogger" award on to you. Check out the post on my site.
This is Awesome!!! I love it!
I also thought this would make quite nice wrapping paper.
Something odd is happening with my comments/emails. I'm not recieving notification of their arrival. Thanks Karen.
