multi-tasking

I have been drawing so much recently that the cleaning has taken a backseat. I finally got around to tidying my desk AND managed to get a couple of drawings out of it too. Result.

I think your work is great. I'm a pen person myself - I just don't have the patience for pencil. The things you draw seem so solid yet very light. It's a nice contrast.

Thanks for the link to Ivo's blog! It's downright amazing. Even when you draw a mess you manage to use the subtlety of your recognizable pencil stroke. And i enjoy seeing the environment you draw in!

Lovely drawings, very cosy and soft.

Really cute! I'm with Renate...can you please come do it at my house too. I'm in the middle of packing for a move, so I've got a REAL mess for you to draw.

Thank you guys!

France, Ivo's work is totally amazing, isn't it? That kind of illustrating excites me so much.

And...um...I'm sorry but I'm unavailable for desk tidying at the moment - although thinking about it I might just enjoy that job!

Suzanne, I feel for you - moving is so stressful.

Cheers guys!

Wonderful before and after drawings. I know what you mean--I can go for a long time without noticing the mess and then one day I can't stand it another minute! Who is IVO?

Yep Jana, that's exactly how I was feeling!

Ivo has a blog that I've found recently - it is just brilliant. His drawings are amazing, take a look. Either click on his name on this post or also he's in my blogroll under 'Other Artists'.

Thank you Jana.
