Stunning! I can't believe these are quickie ball point drawings. I'd love to have them framed and hanging on my wall. I love work in series and these are just fantastic!
Ditto everything France said. They are so three-dimensional! Congratulations on all the posts you have been making. I read your comment on the EDM group post and I understand the feeling that it is hard to keep up. I say do it for yourself; you don't have to meet anyone else's expectations...if you don't want to draw a day, simply don't. This is the motto I am trying to stick to anyway. Before you know it though, you will have 100 posts!
Cheers everyone. I certainly have felt a pressure since starting this blog - but in some ways I wanted to feel like that. There have been times when I did not draw, felt like I could not draw but I don't think this is good for me. I need to draw. I think one reason for joining EDM was to think differently about drawing; to make it part of my life, my everyday life. So perhaps the pressure is a good thing. I don't know. Maybe I should just enjoy the journey - rather than worrying about the future?? Thanks for all your comments - you guys are inspirations to me.
Love the way you handled the pen and the composition.

oo -- these are good. I like your work and welcome to blogging! (I noticed a very North American-looking house near the bottom...:)

Oh Andrea, this is so delicate and beautiful. Mind-blowing what you can do with a ball point pen.

Wonderful - it's amazing what just plain old biro can do - with a creative hand to hold it! Well done
