 For those who have asked, over the course of last weekend, I do indeed sell greetings cards with my drawings on. Well, I personally don't but Moo.com do. And, there's 30% off until next Monday. With an offer like that I'm getting some myself!

Some of you may know that I am a Moo designer, which basically means that you can purchase Moo cards, and other products, with my drawings on. I had been meaning to update the work I had on the Moo site for such a long time but for one reason or another that never happened. Until now.

Moo have recently been making some changes to their business and to the way they use the designer's work. So, this seemed like a great time for me to make some changes of my own, which resulted in this lovely set entitled 'Have You Got A Pen?'.

You can now have these three drawings, plus a number of others, printed on mini cards, postcards and greetings cards. I rather like the greetings cards myself.

A little request here, folks. I know how generous you have been in the past with this kind of thing. I wonder if there is anyone who has Moo stickers of their own work? If so, would you like to swap a page (6) of those stickers with me, for mine? I'd like to use them in one of my Moleskines. Please leave a comment if you would, and we can sort out the swap from there.

Also, a word on my Moo stuff. You know I'm a Moo designer, right? Well, I'm hoping to have an overhaul of all the drawings I currently have available on Moo. As soon as time permits. It's about time too. I'll be getting rid of some of them for good, so if you ever wanted cards, stickers, etc, with these drawings on then get them now. HERE.

These are a couple of pages from my travel Moleskine. This drawing has become a dumping ground for all sorts of odds and sods; stickers, stamps, tickets, labels. I'm not sure that I've finished with it. It lacks something. Something that I can't put my finger on. Yet. Some of the pieces on the pin board are movable, they lift up or across. I was trying to create a pop up, of sorts, but it seems I can't get my head around the kind of paper engineering that that would call for.

So the question is can you spot the difference? There's one small fluffy difference between these two uploads. Can you chuffing well spot it?

So as the rain continues to fall, and fall, and fall, and fall here in the UK look what's turned up in my inbox. Yes, that's only my little Moos sunning themselves on a beach in Hawaii. The swines!!

And now I'll close the book and put it away until I can bear to look at it again. I'll give it at least six months.

on the road

I forgot to mention, in my last post, that I would be away this week. It was all the excitement about my 'dates' with Stephen Stills. Of course, they weren't really dates (only in my head) I just went to see him playing live. Tonight I'll be dating Alan Partridge. Then in a couple of weeks Paul Weller. It's all go when you are so popular. I don't know how I keep up.

Anyway, all going well, I should have a drawing to post over the next couple of days. So, I'll see you guys soon with new drawings, news on my prints, some other creative projects and all the gossip about the men in my life. Until then, cheerio my ducks.

that's where you'll find me

Well, there's no new drawing on the horizon so I thought I'd post a few snaps. Yes, basically, I've been buggering around with the camera again. These are my new ready-made Moo cards. I usually spend hours, on the Moo site, uploading and cropping the images. So it was very nice not to have to do that this time.

Ok, so it doesn't quite line up, but it's not bad for a one (shaky) handed photographer. Don't be jealous of my beautifully manicured nails. No, don't.

I have actually drawn those buttons about 3 or 4 times already, and you know what, I ain't finished with them yet. You can see the orange, green and red boxes, that hold collections of tiny orange, green and red things, behind the Moo card. And you thought I made this stuff up, didn't you? Nope, I really am that anal.

Finally, ONE of my pencil cases. The colour ballpoint pencil case. Obviously. Brightens the place up a bit, don't you think? Anyway, you can see the full set of snaps featuring my Moos in all sorts of compromising positions HERE.

You know, the internet is the best thing that's ever happened to recluses.

all that you touch

A bit of kitchen kitsch. I've just noticed that this is my 250th post. That seems amazing to me. All those drawings I've drawn, all that rubbish I've written and all the fine folk I've met. Thanks for all the visits and encouragement.

They've been revamping the site over at Moo. I don't like to blow my own trumpet, but when I saw my work on there, looking so good, I felt quite proud. It's mad to think of how this adventure all started, all those posts ago. I'm excited to see where else it'll take me.

today's news is...

Yep this is an oldie. I'm posting it because I haven't drawn anything for a couple of days - well nothing worth posting. Also, my work is now available over at Moo.com. You can get some of my drawings on mini, gift and post cards. This is one of those drawings. You can see the rest here.

Oh well, I haven't gone any drawing done over the last few days. I had lots of good intentions but you know how it goes sometimes. Also I'm away for the next few days. So I thought I'd bore you with a couple more of my Moo cards until I get back.

This cat toy card is probably my favourite of all the Moos I've had printed, although my model for the photo was very temperamental! You can see the rest of the set HERE.

How cool is this? Yes, that is the Eiffel tower! My Moos are going global. This fabulous shot was taken by my friend Tim on his recent trip to Gay Paree.
