Awwww, is he looking for a roommate?
adorable! When will we see more of him?!
Ohhhh, this is so cute.
Yup, he looks like he would live in that cute house. What is his name? What a cutie!
OMG how adorable! Your talent is amazing, really. :)
Thank you guys!Teri, I have a little shortlist of names for him. He actually started out life about ten years ago(!) as Sparky but he has developed and changed so much since then that that does not suit him any longer. I'm guessing that his real name will make itself known....one day! Maybe when I've finihed the book?!Cheers!
Gorgeous illustration - reminds me of Brian Froud's Faeries, have you seen his work?
Yes Felicity - I love Brian Froud and Alan Lee's work. Their book 'Faeries' has been such an inspiration. I'd love to make that kind of work for young children. I always see their work as being for adults or, at least, older children. Some of it can be quite scary, I think, but I guess that too is part of the appeal. My characters are probably a little more whimsical!Thank you! And yes that Welsh outfit is really something isn't it?
