Fantastic Andrea! You have such a distinctive style. The top of your veggie reminds me of an elf's hat. And love your printing.

Did you work on your book today?

All right Andrea, i'll just flat out say it: this one is sexy. And i agree with Teri! The top is like a hat that one of your cute creatures would wear!

Cheers guys!

I'm pleased with this one - I'd forgotten how much I love working in ballpoint. So I'm going through a ballpoint phase again. These colour ones are great - pack of 12 for about 50p (less than $1). I may have said it before but I love cheap pens!

And, yes you're right this is like a little pixie hat!! AND my book that is ready to be sent out to publshers is actually about a pixie who can't decide which hat to wear! I haven't done anything with it for ages. I'm avoiding sending him out into the world for some reason?? But I WILL do it, I WILL (trying to convince myself here!).

Cheers guys!

The texture on this is absolutely amazing! When I first saw it I thought it was some type of textile - you've done a remarkable job with ballpoint!! The color is just yummy too!!

This is gorgeous! I can't believe you did it with a ballpoint pen. I really like this a lot.

Thank you very much guys!

I did this in about 15 minutes - manically cross hatching. I really like the colours, I have tried it in pencil too but I've actually achieved better colour with the ballpoints.

Cheers!

I never would have thought such a beautiful thing could come from ballpoint pens. When I think of ball points I think of smudgy ink blots on my hands and in pen cups. You make magic with them!

Thanks Jana - and there are still lots of smudgy ink blots on hands and picture! However they have certainly got a lot better over the last few years. Cheers.

This is beautiful, the texture and color are perfect. I agree with wagonized. It does look a little sexy. Never thought I'd say that about veggie.
