I'm charmed by it, especially the spots.
Now this is different! So much texture and great shape. What did you use?
Oh gosh Andrea, is this pencil? I love the shape of this pear -- it's almost human, leaning a bit to the side. And i do love the spots too! Hooray for getting lost in a drawing.
Cheers guys!I'm still not sure about this but it's too late now! It's all ballpoint, nothing else at all.Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving holiday. Love, Andrea.
Oh goodness, it's pen. You mentioned something on Suzanne's blog with resonated (again) in me -- how meditative drawing can be. "Getting lost" or losing track of time, or forgetting to eat -- all these things happen when we get so absorbed in a drawing. It's such a unique, peaceful, stress-relieving experience. Looking at the execution of your drawings, i can totally see them having that effect. In turn, they encourage me to go ahead and take my time for a new one. Good stuff, Andrea.
*and i meant "WHICH resonated in me". Groggy left brain.

Thank you France, I feel very humbled - you know I'm a big fan of yours!Cheers everyone.I'm still not too sure about it.
Fabulous! It's hypnotic!
this is astonishing - just ball point pen -I find it hard to believe
Well, thank you both! Jana it's funny you should say that about it being hypnotic because sometimes that's exactly how I feel when I get into a drawing. Cheers!
