today's news is...

Yep this is an oldie. I'm posting it because I haven't drawn anything for a couple of days - well nothing worth posting. Also, my work is now available over at Moo.com. You can get some of my drawings on mini, gift and post cards. This is one of those drawings. You can see the rest here.

What fun - it's like an icecream of course. We don't get fish and chips in newspaper anymore - just in plain unprinted newsprint paper. We live opposite a shopping strip with a fishnchip shop, a diving shop, a fishing tackle shop and a butcher. There used to be a goldfish and tanks shop there!

Well, I never saw this one before! It is awesome. All that printing and those fries look good enough to eat.

I made the fatal mistake of clicking on this picture to make it larger. Those chips look so real I want them! I want them now!

Do you get commission? I hope so. I have just ordered 20 of your images as postcards - an inexpensive way to collect your art! *hugs*

I try to eat healthy and never order fries. But of course we all know that there's absolutely nothing wrong or unhealthy about eating them off someone else's plate. This is just soooo good and I want to know what happened to the cat.

An oldie, yes, but one well worth repeating. This has always been one of my favorites.

This is great! What medium do you use? Is anything collaged?

Cheers guys, thank you all for the lovely comments. This is a different scan from the original one - it's turned out a lot brighter. Still looks ok, I hope.

Janey, Binky was fine.
Natalie, thank you! I hope you like them.
Eric, no collage. Pen, colour and graphite pencil.

Cheers!

Sometimes pulling out an old piece of work is the smart thing to do. This art is nice. I have found that a piece I do not like is liked by others. So I post it. Amazing! Great to see all of your posts.
