makes me feel i'm from another world

Not content with just drawing on air mail envelopes I've actually take to drawing the little buggers too. I was going to take this opportunity to have a right old rant about the Royal Mail. I am seriously fecked off with them right now. There's been a much higher percentage of people not getting their mail from me this time round. Specifically the stuff I posted before Christmas. I'm not sure how they can justify this. Or how they expect small businesses, in a difficult time, to soak up the extra costs of resending orders. Plus, when I think of all the time I've put into getting this stuff out it just makes me furious. And, that's not the half of it. It's, perhaps, not so bad when you actually have the stuff to resend but when an original drawing goes missing then that really hurts. To anyone who has not yet received their order (if you ordered over a couple of weeks ago that is) then please get in touch and I'll put it right. Big apologies, once again. So, I'll save that rant for another time. I still haven't started the tax returns.

Sorry to hear of your post troubles --- it's the same here in the US. Bills that I know are due don't show up in the mail (yeah, I'm old-fashioned and pay them by mail, not internet).

how fun! You can make even an envelope interesting. It's cool how simple things can make great artwork!

Just to let you know: I got the zine you sent to me...I'm in the U.S. But I totally understand your frustration. The USPS is legendary for losing important mail.

If Father Ted says it, it's definitely not a swear word. Also your friend has gorgeous handwriting!

I only have one thing to say to Royal Mail: "DOWN WITH THIS SORT OF THING!"

I got your zine in NH, USA, this Wednesday. Love it!

So many people are "feckless", I'm glad someone is fecked once in a while!

Hi,
your zines made it to Germany two weeks ago. I really do love your creativity spread on those sheets.

Hello - I just received my copy of How to Draw Like a Nut. I absolutely love it. I'm even going to hang onto the envelope it came in. Your creativity is so intriguing. Thank you!

We're having the same problem - we only get 2 deliveries a week now as our Royal Mail depot is in such chaos..makes a mockery of buying a 'first class' stamp. Hope all your zines get through without you having to duplicate.
Love the envelope!

Thanks, folks.

Good to hear that the zine actually got to some of you! And that it's not just the UK that has a rubbish postal service. Actually, that's not good to know...but you...know what I mean.

Cheers, my dears.

Totally love that you used the word 'feck' - reminds me of Father Ted.

It is so annoying when mail is screwy. I feel your pain. I hope you get some postal joy soon and don't have to "go postal".
