so you know it's got soul

I was really touched by the generosity of the Herranz family on my recent trip to Bologna. One of their acts of generosity was to find me a lovely place to stay, in Theresa's apartment. An apartment filled with all sorts of interesting stuff. All sorts of curiosities. Just the right place for somebody whose imagination is fired up by such things.

I haven't drawn a thing for about a month. This is just a little something to ease me back into it.

I'm also going to use this as Everyday Matters challenge 21. Draw something old, antique or vintage. You can see the rest of my Everyday Matters set HERE.

Just wonderful Andrea. I have done next to no art this past month either and am just getting back to a place where I am ready. Thanks for some inspiration.

Hi Andrea, welcome back from the trip! Sounds like you had an amazing time and I'm looking forward to hearing more about it! Interesting that Owen has had a quiet period too - I've totally ground to a halt as I'm getting my house ready for sale. It's all tidy and weird and I haven't got time for drawing because of all the cleaning!

Lovely picture - I've got an old radio in my bedroom. That reminds me, it needs dusting...

Glad to see you back on form. :-)
