waitin' on a sunny day

I had been saving this for a rainy day. Well, it's been a rainy week. The thing, I find, with doing such labour intensive drawings is that you end up feeling totally wiped out when you've completed one. That's how I feel right now. So, I'm going to take a little break from drawing. Maybe just a week or two.

Anyway, I'll leave you with this. I posted the colour version a little while back. I, predictably, prefer this version.

Have a good rest :)

What a tag collection - I used to collect them too, until it all got a bit too much and I got rid of them all at one go - cold turkey!

Wow, Andrea, another beautiful drawing. The detail you put into your drawings is just amazing. No wonder you are wiped out.

Enjoy your break.

diolch yn fawr! And, given that my Welsh is incredibly rusty, I hope you understand! If not: thanks very much!

Cheers folks.

Dinahmow, I'm impressed. Exactly right.

Mithi, how could you? You could have sent them to me! Hehe.

I must say I'm finding it very difficult - not to draw. I just keep seeing drawing opportunites everywhere I look. We'll see how long it lasts.

Thank you, you guys.

excellent stuff, as per usual. Sorry to hear about the rain. (you need to remind me, 'rain', that's the water coming out of the sky thing, isn' it? it's been so long...)

Thank you, Tracy.

Yeah, Pete, you miss it really though, don't you? Go on, go on, go on. You know you do.

Cheers.

Great one. Works really well as an abstract image as well as a detailed figurative piece. Do you do abstract?

Enjoy your break. I received the moo cards today and I'm in love with them. I hope you'll post a notice here when/if you update more images there.

Gosh, your capacity to draw yarn, thread, anything that can tie... always stuns me.
Another box of treasures.

Thank you, chaps.

Jenifleur, of course.
Eric, no, not really.
Melissa, I keep meaning to get onto that. Mabye delete some images, and add some new. Thank you, too. I'm touched.
