these are better days

I've been drawing quite a lot this week. Had a week off work which helps. I was going to keep this until tomorrow to post. But I can't wait until tomorrow. I'm proud of this one and I want to post it now. Hope you like it too. It's my wallet.

  3. i'd be proud of every single thing that comes out of those pens of yours. this is gor-jus. its the light - that hilight you put in all your drawings that just mesmerizes - along with those lines. just wonderful.

  6. Beyond excellent! This is a stunning example of just how consistently wonderful your work is. That edge that has the slight curve to it, the appearance that you could just reach in and pluck a note from it, all of it!

Stunning, brilliant pen work as always and so many tiny details, you have much patience. I'd love to see an illo of yours stepped out one of these days :)

    Your hatching is just so... unbelievable! Awesome. Even the little words on the cards inside the wallet. And the very edges of it, how they curl just the slightest bit. Wow!
